Shipping term and condition
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered as business days for standard deliveries.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India, subject to standard delivery timelines.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 999.

Charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-7 business days.

Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in shipping to certain areas.

How do I track my order
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number along with details of our delivery partners. This email will be separate from your order confirmation email. Alternately, if you have an account with us, simply head to the ‘My Orders’ section in your account to track your order. Should you require any assistance or clarification about your order dispatch, kindly write to us at info@gulabikarigar.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Who will deliver my order?
We ship through registered courier companies only. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping via the website at this time. If you wish to avail of International shipping services, kindly write to us at info@gulabikarigar.com and we will help you process your order.

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product pricing. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.

Return and Exchange Policy
We always endeavor to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange/refund only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Products that have fold marks or are creased/ crushed do not count as defective, and will therefore not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
  • As our products are only released in small batches, replacements will be offered based on availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please write to us at info@gulabikarigar.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If, for any other reason, you’re less than thrilled with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@gulabikarigar.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I make a return?
If your purchase meets our return criteria above, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number, Delivery address, Contact details. Please specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

You may contact us via email at info@gulabikarigar.com. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused with the original packaging and tags intact and is accompanied with the invoice.

Is COD Available?
COD is only available on orders under Rs. 10,000

If you do not accept a COD order twice in a row, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.

COD orders cannot be accepted partially. The entire order needs to be accepted.
